SKILLS NEEDED AND RELEVANT TRAINING COURSES
1. Good knowledge of ISO9000/TS16949/ISO14000 and other quality tools;
2. Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing knowledge;
3. Experienced in staff training skills;
4.Knowledge of English (written & oral) as required interpreting the English version of Work Instruction into Chinese;
5. Excellent inter-personal and man-management skills in multi-cultural environments;
6. Be able to take tough challenges and work independently under high pressure;
7. Highly computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel etc.;
8. Hand on ability to solve the problem.
