职 责:
-Actively institute and implementation of divisional Quality Plan /
Monitors / Audits Plant Quality Programs and assures compliance with
division standards.
-Serves as Process Improvement point person for the quality (defect rate
Reduction / SPC / Six Sigma / Process quality control plan/ Other key
initiatives).
-Stays current on and serves as resource for Quality Analysis & Process
Improvement tools, teaching others as appropriate.
-Trains division Quality personnel & others in Quality procedures and
use of selected tools.
-Provides training and process support on any new process start-ups.
-Develops a working relationship with other divisions to enable any
technology and information transfer beneficial for company Asia
operations
-Understands and supports Strategic quality plan and plant initiatives
to include Six sigma BPI implementation.
- Provides information to manufacturing management on quality trends
from analysis of data.
-Assists operations in developing and maintaining a quality advantage,
recommending ER&D or other outside resources as needed to assure
continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
要 求:
1. EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)
or other technology discipline (Statistics/Quality). Experience on
molding, stamping, sheet metal stamping, and assemblies would be
preferred.
2. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
1). Very proactive, positive working attitude, uncompromising, high work
ethics.
2). Good oral and written communication skills are necessary. Fluent in
both English and Chinese
3) .Working Knowledge of ISO-9001: 2000 Std. or ISO/TS 16949 in a
manufacturing environment.
4). Ability to interpret and work from R&D specifications (EG:
Blueprints, schematics, 3D Models and other technical drawings).
Knowledge of GD&T is a plus. Experience on PPAPP is a plus.
5). Knowledge of quality standards and procedures: i.e., statistical
analysis, SPC, sampling plans, material variances, control plans,
capability studies and first piece analysis and reporting.
6). At least 6 years working experience in a multi-national company, 2
years same position experience.
